If you already have a treatment plan from a dentist that includes your cleaning type (ADA codes such as D1110, D1120, D4346, D4910, D4341, D4342, or D4355), you may book your cleaning service directly.

Please upload your treatment plan at the time of booking so we can ensure your visit is aligned with your diagnosis.

If you do not have a treatment plan or are unsure which cleaning you need, please book a New Patient Assessment & Planning.
This allows us to properly evaluate your oral health and guide you to the correct treatment—no guesswork, no risk of booking the wrong service.
